Project Harmony is the LGBTQIA+ initiative of the HEAT Program dedicated to connecting LGBTQIA+ youth of color to resources, health care, hormone therapy, transitioning services, HIV prevention medication (PrEP), HIV care, and more. As part of a fully integrated health center, Project Harmony works collaboratively with allies from the community and clinical staff to create healthy and safe environments for LGBTQIA+ people of color. Project Harmony supports young people in Brooklyn as they explore their gender identity and expression, balancing health with community.
